Refund Policy
At DgSkill, we strive to provide high-quality education and training services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Course Enrollment Refunds
7-Day Cooling Period: We offer a 7-day cooling period from the date of enrollment. If you decide to withdraw from a course within this period, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus any administrative charges (which will not exceed 10% of the course fee).
After 7 Days: After the 7-day cooling period has expired, the following refund policy applies:
- If you withdraw before 25% of the course duration has elapsed: 75% refund
- If you withdraw before 50% of the course duration has elapsed: 50% refund
- If you withdraw after 50% of the course duration has elapsed: No refund
2. Workshop and Event Refunds
Cancellation by Student:
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund
Cancellation by DgSkill: In the event that DgSkill cancels a workshop or event, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date or similar event.
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Study materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Examination fees once the examination has been scheduled
- Membership fees
- Any services that have been fully delivered
5. Refund Process

- Your full name
- Course or event name
- Date of enrollment/purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
We aim to process all refund requests within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6. Changes to This Policy
DgSkill reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
